It was a stressful weekend but at least I got to see Mike

I finished off my day on phones with CORE Physicians at 4. Thank God it's Friday! I saw a post from Wendy Berry that she was giving away some of her books. I thought to myself, "I could get a book or two from Yoda". I went over right after I got out. Her husband, John, and son Noah were there. Wendy told me John's mother was moving in with them so she had to get rid of stuff. I found a field book on medicinal plants and it felt like Mom was with me. I also got other books on plants and the courage to be yourself. I saw some drums Wendy had made, one was from Elk hide and it spoke to me. She said she'd sell forc$250 so I agreed to pay her in payments and she let me take the drop and a drummer made of bear hide. We agreed to get together soon. When I got home I played the drum about half an hour at moms wildflower garden. I took the books up to my art room after looking quickly through them. Mike is coming home this weekend to rake Chris back to Chrissy.  Cathy Champion is retiring Aug 16 and Donna Gagnon having a 40th anniversary party Aug 12.

I guess my Orlando photos are still on the camera. Who knows when I'll get to that.  CHARLIE Kris and Ryan left Quiet Waters around 10pm. Then Dave Ruby and I checked out by 9 I think. On the way back we stopped at HRO in Orlando and we stopped in Brunswick GA to have dinner with Carleen Bowmanat Cheddars. It was sad to hear that she got rid of Dragon. Her horse. Happy to hear she had a job training TSA recruits. We then drove on to Julie and Larry's. I had to drive the last 2 hours. Dave said he was never leaving NH again.

We went to Slyce Sunday at 6pm with Colleen Ray Jess Jerry Liam Westin, Zach lys Violet Zada  Kris Ryan. Charlie couldn't come elevator broke. Mikec Sarah Megan Chris . Bill Ann John Leslie kare and Sharon. Someone anonymously paid. Everyone came back to condo.  Monday we went to sunrise. Then stayed at condo recovering. I made cookies and potato salad . We went grocery shopping. I made seafood lasagna. Benedettos came over. Tuesday mom's service. I broke down because Colleen kept correcting everything I was doing. Charlie was late. It was really hot and it rained. We opted not to go to park and Dave took me to get sandals.  Weds sunrise then Zach kt bill Ann and Mike Holmes had to leave. Sarah and Megan came to see Charlie before they left. Charlie tried to go swimming but couldn't step into pool. More later. 

Mom asked me to tell her story. I cannot tell you her whole story today but I can tell you her key beliefs that she lived by. The first is her faith. God was in her life everyday. If you asked her where she got her strength she would always answer God. Her relationship with him was unwavering. When she was sad she prayed. When she was happy she sang alleluia. In faith she learned love. Which brings me to her love. She said everyone deserved to be lloved She loves everyone of us here today. She would tell you what she loved about you. She would bring out the best in you and made you feel a love that stayed with you. She was wise beyond my comprehension. When someone stole from her she'd say they must have needed it more than her.  She even gave strangers reasons to smile. Most of you may have a story about her striking up conversations with anyone who would listen.in her love she was our teacher. She taught traditional ways of life . Rug braiding. Making baskets. Canning  Outdo...

Slept in parking lot last night. Harry treated us to breakfast at Legends. Reminder to send thank you. Bought a radio contact log. Dave got some power cables for his store. Gave Harry NH maple syrup.

We left our house around 730 pm. Me Dave and Ruby. The infinity is overloaded we got to the gas station when I realized we forgot mom and had to go get her! We are tracking on APRS. We plan on stopping at Ham Radio outlet in Delaware. Dave already playing with radio. 75degrees at Dover Point around 8

I haven't written for awhile. But I GAVE been busy. Busy getting healthy. Tracking food and water and exercise and sleep on Noom and fitbit. I went from 228 to 197 so far but it's getting harder and harder to drop those pounds.! I'm trying to get ready for our Florida trip I.  My most recent thought of creativity is to create a magazine called A Touch of Tradition Generation 2. I saw a place to order on line. 100 dollars for 50. Yesterday I was able to print 4x6 pictures for cards for Colleen, focus 244, and Chris Grey owner of Garden 12. I'm really missing Chris Connolly. I was supposed to meet up with him this weekend. We had a nice Anniversary. I mean David worked but we went out to eat at LA Corona. Then on Friday he took me to Windjammers. 4 YEARS. Our meet anniversary on July 8 was 6 years 11 months. Yes we still have a monthly anniversary. Some memories came to my phone!
