My follow up appt for my ganglion cyst on elbow was yesterday with Jessica Peelman. She said the cyst would not have caused arm numbness.

The cyst is going down so she focused on my right wrist which is swollen and painful. 

She took an xray and did more labs.Xray revealed severe arthritis, bone on bone in middle and bone spurs.

The lab tests will reveal if rheumatoid arthritis. If not, then we will try cortisone shots.

She also ordered another MRI

The last scenario would be to fuse the bones together. I would not be able to move my wrist, but I wouldn't have pain anymore.

I'd rather have the pain right now.
