Fresh eggs fresh cookies

This morning I started to make Dave peanut butter cookies for work but we didn't have any eggs. So in my bathrobe hair put up in towel fuzzy slippers I walked out to the chicken coop.
I didn't see eggs but 2 broody chickens in nesting box and out little chicken Faith running around
Dave came out also in bathrobe and found eggs under one of the broody hens.
I made peanut butter cookies in about 15 minutes. 
DAVE thinks I'm amazing. Or outstanding. Or some other fabulous word.

I made a path from the door to the bins and filled 4 bins, threw away 3 bags of trash.  Finally came in around 430pm to wash dishes and make dinner. Decided to make it special!
