Extremely tired

I don't know if I'm tired because I'm not sleeping or eating right or because I started walking again. 
I'm so tired. We walked the Great Bay estuary and Herons point Sunday.

I made a path from the door to the bins and filled 4 bins, threw away 3 bags of trash.  Finally came in around 430pm to wash dishes and make dinner. Decided to make it special!
