Last night I put a can of mushroom soup on bottom of a casserole dish. Added noodles on top. Cut up left over pork chops and chicken thighs. Sprinkled fresh Parmisian over that. Then frozen corn. Sautéed onion garlic in butter added Italian seasonings.
1 cup of chicken broth over casserole. Added cooked sliced carrots then onion garlic butter celery. Covered with Mexican cheese mix and covered the while thing cooked 360 45 mins. Delicious.
