another walk

I walked Loki to Shady Lane today.

It's. 79 miles round trip in 20 minutes.

I'm working up to Butternut Farm but I'm not there yet. It's harder to carry 225 pounds around.

I'd say I'm doing OK with my diet but not eating enough veggies.
